It makes you feel tired, and there is no rest. You look for various ways to manage and release the tension. Sometimes the most available choices aren’t the healthiest, but they seem the easiest.

People do not like to spend time with you. They are tired of listening about your problems. You get worried about being abandoned and lonely. It becomes a never ending circle without an exit.

You may doubt that counseling can help with anxiety. It does! There is a ton of research out there that proves it. However, your individual results depend on your participation. I can provide you with tools, but if you do not use them, they are not going to work. 

 

You may wonder what you can do to achieve better results quicker. Active participation in sessions and practice between sessions are keys. On my side, I can promise you to diligently share everything I know about ways to manage anxiety and stress and get to its roots to heal the cause.

Online therapy is a relatively new thing, but I know by experience that distance does not exist for feelings. I connect with people who are on the other side of the world the same or sometimes better than when we are in the same office. Body language still exists on the screen! Yes, it looks different, but it still works!
