I offer you a judgement and criticism free environment where you can be yourself and discover who you truly are on a deeper level. We can distinguish learned behaviors from your true nature. Therapy sessions are a space where you can be heard and understood.
At the same time, I cannot promise that we will never misunderstand or disagree with each other. In some ways, therapeutic relationship is no different than any other, and there can be misunderstandings and disagreements. However, the difference is that you can be open with me about your thoughts and feelings so we can come to clarity and mutual understanding.

Is online therapy effective for depression?
You may wonder if online therapy works. We are not in the same room, and we can be thousands of miles away from each other. Online therapy does work! There is a growing body of research proving that. I can add from my own experience that despite a common belief distance is not an obstacle for sincere and emotionally deep relationships. Distance does not exist for feelings and emotions.
You may have a doubt that there is hope. It is understandable. Your despair and that negative voice in your head can be very convincing. They can make you feel that there is no hope for change, for a better life. It is not true! Everything can change!
Therapy may seem like a lot of work. I know that even a thought of doing more "work" seems unappealing to you, but we can make it as easy as possible. All you have to do is show up. Therapy does not have to be hard and difficult, it can be fun, too. Imagine talking about all your pains with someone who sincerely cares about you and understands you. I can do that!
How long may it take for the things to change? It depends on how deep your wounds run and how much time and effort you want to commit to therapy. If you want quicker results, we can meet more often. However, more frequent sessions make the process of therapy more intense. It does not work for everyone, but it is an option.
Is therapy worth the money? I invite you to look at it as an investment in yourself. A very significant one. Any material investments can lose their value, but the skills and knowledge you get stay with you forever. They become part of your worldview.
